穴窯(あながま)で11日間焼成、無釉の自然降灰釉。
火に近い場所(火前)に置いて焼成しました。
穴窯は特に毎回焼き上がりが違うのですが、この徳利は特に焼きが良かった年の作品。
窯の温度が高く上がったので、灰が多く掛かり続けて、一面にガラス質のビードロが溜まり美しい景色となっています。
温度が上がって灰が溶け続けたため、灰が土を溶かし、縁が薄くなってしまったのはご愛嬌。焼きがいい為の代償としてご理解ください。
酒を注ぐには問題ありません。酒器として充分に機能しています。

This is a mug wood-fired for 11 consecutive days in the anagama. The unique textures and colors of the surface is born as a result of the ashes of the wood that collects slowly throughout the firing. This piece was placed in a spot in the kiln closest to the fire, allowing for a thick coat of ashes to create its deep green hues.

This tokkuri comes with a wooden box. Please note that since the box will be created as the tokkuri is sold, it will take about 10 days before the tokkuri is shipped out.
