斑唐津は藁灰釉を掛けて、一番温度の上がるところで焼く、難易度が高い釉薬です。
白色を基調としていますが、薪(松)の灰が付着し、青色がでています。ピンク色がかっているところもあり、複雑で飽きのこない焼き上がりとなっています。
多めに入る、使い勝手のいいカップです。
カップに高温焼成による若干の歪みがありますが問題ありません。

Madara-karatsu ware is fired at high temperatures with a straw ash glaze applied.
Its characteristics are simple yet not monotonous, and the texture of its glaze is charming and captivating.
The cup has some slight warping due to high-temperature firing, but this is not a problem.
