穴窯(あながま)で11日間焼成した、自然釉の花入です。
この花入は焚き口に一番近い、下の方は灰に埋もれるくらいのところで焼成しました。
窯焚き中、薪の灰を被り高温で溶けた部分は緑色がかったガラス質のビードロになります。
表面に入った貫入は焼成によるものです。
正面下の、灰に埋もれて焼成された部分はごつごつとした独特の質感になり、上のくびれた部分は灰がたまり冴えた緑色が出ています。
裏面は全体に緑がかった自然釉が流れる、また違った景色が見れます。
造りは古伊賀花生 銘 寿老人 の写しです。

The earthy texture and color of the flower vase from the ashes of the wood that adhere and melt onto the surface over the eleven days of firing.
The lower front section, which was fired while buried in ash, has developed a distinctive, rugged texture, while the narrower upper section has accumulated ash, revealing a vivid green hue.
The back features a natural glaze with a greenish tint flowing across the entire surface, offering a different visual appeal.
The design of this vase is modeled after a renowned piece from Old Iga ware.
