ごはんが美味しく映える、普段使いにとても便利な器です。
ろくろで一個一個丁寧につくって、生乾きの状態で、印花(いんか)と呼ばれる模様を印鑑のように押して、そこに白化粧を施します。とても手間の掛かる作業ですが、人気のある技法です。
登り窯で酸化焼成。
ご飯でも小鉢として使っていただいてもok。

This rice bowl is decorated with the mishima technique, where wooden stamps are pressed into the surface of the bowl when it is in its leather-hard state. It is then painted over with a white underglaze, allowing for the indents to fill with the pigment.
